Connecting in the shared experience of other new moms is uniquely powerful and healing. In this small group, you will join other mamas in a supportive, compassionate environment to reflect on the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Common topics addressed include: identifying Baby Blues versus Postpartum Depression, adjusting to your new role, self-care amidst chaos and change, managing sleep deprivation, developing healthy boundaries with family, and coping with strain in your relationship. You will develop practical coping strategies while cultivating meaningful bonds with other new mamas.
The next group begins January 5th, 2018. It will meet every Friday from 10:00-11:00am for five weeks. The cost is $40 per session, and babies are welcome.
